At Zyvolt Electrix, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage provided on eligible products purchased from our store.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Where stated on the relevant product page, eligible products are supplied with a 3-12month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.

2. WHAT IS COVERED

This warranty may apply where:
- the product develops a genuine manufacturing fault
- the product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship
- the issue occurs during normal use and within the warranty period

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- cosmetic damage
- accidental damage
- misuse or abuse
- improper installation
- incorrect setup
- poor maintenance
- water damage
- crash damage
- use with incompatible parts or accessories
- overloading or overuse beyond intended specifications
- unauthorised modifications or repairs
- damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
- consumable parts unless faulty on arrival

For batteries and electrical components, the warranty also does not cover damage caused by:
- incorrect charging
- use of the wrong charger
- overcharging
- deep discharge
- improper storage
- physical damage
- opening, tampering, or modifying the battery

4. INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY

Many of our products require correct technical installation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are fitted and used properly.

We strongly recommend professional installation where appropriate. Any damage or faults caused by incorrect installation are not covered under this warranty.

5. WARRANTY CLAIMS

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at seantulkZE@proton.me with:
- your order number
- your full name
- a description of the issue
- clear photos or videos showing the fault
- any other information we reasonably request to assess the claim

We may ask you to carry out basic checks, provide additional evidence, or return the item for inspection before approving a claim.

6. REMEDY

If your warranty claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:
- repair the item
- provide a replacement
- provide a full or partial refund
- provide replacement parts

The remedy offered will depend on the nature of the fault, product availability, and what is reasonable in the circumstances.

7. RETURN OF WARRANTY ITEMS

If we ask for the item to be returned for inspection, it must be sent back in the condition requested by us.

Do not return any item without contacting us first.

If the item is found not to be faulty, or the issue is not covered by this warranty, we may refuse the claim.

8. TRANSFERABILITY

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

9. DELAYS AND LIMITATIONS

We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, delay, inconvenience, loss of use, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from a product issue, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

10. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights. Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
