RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Zyvolt Electrix, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you would like to return an item, please read the policy below.

1. RETURNS

We accept returns only if the product:
- has not been used in any way
- is in the same condition as received
- is returned with all original packaging, parts, and accessories included

Any item that has been used, fitted, installed, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a return.

2. RETURN WINDOW

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For safety and product integrity reasons, we may refuse returns for:
- used items
- installed products
- damaged items caused by the customer
- items returned without original packaging or missing parts
- any item not in its original condition

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us at seantulkZE@proton.me with:
- your order number
- your full name
- the item you want to return
- the reason for the return
- clear photos of the item if requested

Do not send your item back without contacting us first.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

7. DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at seantulkZE@proton.me. We may ask for photos so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

8. EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges where agreed in advance and subject to stock availability.
